Our MHFA courses are offered both in-person and virtually. We can arrange training at your church, school, hospital, or community center. Sessions are tailored to fit your schedule.

Adult and Youth MHFA courses with Mia costs $150. Discounted rates are available for groups of 10 or more individuals.

Certification lasts for 3 years.

Yes! Teen MHFA is available for teens to help their peers who may need assistance. Those trainings are provided in middle and high schools, churches, and to other youth organizations.

No. Mental Health First Aid was created in Australia and was brought to other countries, including the USA. Mia was became a Mental Health First Aider in 2019, and a few months later became a Certified Adult MHFA Instructor. She later became certified in Youth MHFA and Teen MHFA. She has certified over 300+ Mental Health First Aiders.

The Adult and Youth courses can be done in the following ways:
In-person: 8-hours
Hybrid: 2 hours of online coursework to completed before the 6-hour in-person session
Teen MHFA must be done in-person.
